JET is expanding, and we are looking for a Go Developer (Junior+) focused on Backoffice to join our team and ensure excellence in our internal operations!

### ✅ Key Challenges & Requirements:

- Languages: Fluent Russian and Advanced English (Mandatory for internal communication and global meetings).

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience with Go (Golang) in commercial projects.

- Technical Mastery: Goroutines, channels, interfaces, and structs.

- Architecture & API: Knowledge of Clean Architecture and gRPC.

- Databases: Mandatory experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

- Optimization: Ability to create indexes and analyze Explain Plans.

- Documentation: Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger (Spec-first approach).

- Messaging: Experience with NATS.

- Equipment: Must have your own laptop for work.

### 💡 Nice to Have (Pluses):

- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools or dashboards.

- Frontend basics (React or Vue).

- Experience with Geolocation/GIS.
